She wants revenge...
The Dirty Sinners Motorcycle Club is Em Connors's only family, but she's ready to risk everything--both her club and her life--for vengeance. Ten months ago, she was brutally attacked and her lover gunned down by a rival gang member. Now, she's using her position as the Dirty Sinners president to track down the truth and exact her revenge.
He'll risk it all...
With his partner murdered by a local motorcycle gang, Houston police officer Cade Jackson jumps at the chance to go back undercover and bring down the woman the department calls the Motorcycle Princess. But the sexy-as-hell leader awakens a hunger in Cade. Dark desires run deep--and he intends on teaching Em exactly how dirty he can be. But when his cover is blown, Cade must choose to uphold the law or protect the woman he's grown to love...by going rogue.

I was due for a MC club read and thought Rebel Love sounded a bit different. I’m not sure how plausible the situation is but I’m not an expect on MC Clubs. So when Linton puts a young attractive woman at the helm of the Dirty Sinners MC club, the story line was made more promising. This in and of itself is bound to make for some contentious situations. Add in a couple of run-ins with a rival gang, a woman hell bent on revenge, and an undercover cop, and you’ve got a fast paced, sexy and suspenseful read.
Jodi Linton is a new author to me and Rebel Love seems like a great introduction to her work. The main characters , Em Connors and Cade Jackson were easy to get a take on and dare I say it, both are likable. At the center of the story is Cade’s assignment to find the person who murdered his partner, and Em’s fiance, Wes. As a plot driver, we are assured a lot of action and a lot of betrayal. But when feelings are involved, the natural attraction between Cade and Em develops beyond a “quickie”, it gets really, really messy. I have to say that Cade is one damn good dirty talker and its easy to see how Em can go from no, to maybe, to yes in a blink of an eye.
Together, Em and Cade are combustible. The immediate attraction, the daring to make something of it, is palpable. Anticipating there might be some inevitable heartbreak made it a slightly angsty read, but there are no long drawn out fights. No , these two are quick to change their minds when it comes to each other, pointing to the unmistakable magnetism they share. We know that the secrets they keep are going to make things hard on them and that things might not end well, but you won’t be able to help yourself for rooting for them.
I really enjoyed the pace of the story and if you are looking for a smart sexy read, this is it. We get a know about about a few of the club members and I’m really excited Logan is the center of the next book. 4 Stars and recommendation!

ÔÇ£IÔÇÖm nobodyÔÇÖs bitch. Especially some outlaw arrogant biker I just hired,ÔÇØ she warned. ÔÇ£What makes you so special that you can skip out on work?ÔÇØ
He chuckled despite himself. ÔÇ£Between you and me, I think the boss lady is sort of sweet on me.ÔÇØ
She stared at the bike seat, not even attempting to make a move.
Waving his ignorance flag, Cade hunched over the handlebars. ÔÇ£You want me to say IÔÇÖm sorry? That I shouldnÔÇÖt have kissed you yesterday? Not going to happen, Em. IÔÇÖm not that good of a man.ÔÇØ He smiled. ÔÇ£One ride, and then I might consider kissing you again.ÔÇØ
ÔÇ£Clingy much?ÔÇØ she ground out.
ÔÇ£Got a rebellious streak, babe.ÔÇØ He slowly slid a glance down her body, knowing his needy feelings to own the heartbreaker biker chick were entirely stupid. But, shit, they were so damn powerful. Risky, even. ÔÇ£When I see something I want, nothing stops me from getting it.ÔÇØ
ÔÇ£YouÔÇÖre awfully confident for a mechanic, arenÔÇÖt you? Let me remind you about something. Mechanics are a dime a dozen, so if you want to hit the road, youÔÇÖd be doing us both a favor.ÔÇØ She shifted her weight, hip cocked in a prissy stance. ÔÇ£Hell, IÔÇÖll even buy your gas if that means youÔÇÖll ride off into the sunset. Like right now.ÔÇØ
She knew exactly the right buttons to push to piss him off. That kiss yesterday had been anything but forced. Yet if he called her bluff, went all Hulk on her, Em would run. Turn her cute button-shaped nose up at him and haul her sexy ass back inside. It probably made sense to apologize and try to get in her good graces, but Cade had never taken the easy route. And gaining Em ConnorsÔÇÖs trust would be no different, since he wasnÔÇÖt about to burn the man code and turn into some Hallmark greeting card guy. Instead he winked and revved the throttle on his bike. ÔÇ£Princess, I can tell youÔÇÖre dying to know if I can handle this horsepower between my legs.ÔÇØ
