What good is running AWAY when you only end up lost?
Cassandra Pierce had her whole "perfect" life planned out by her parents. One night of pure weakness and lust has her running away from it all and seeking refuge in Alamosa with her best friend. But it seems life has other plans for her when she finds herself lost in the small town of Keaton.
Jason Bradley is a charming country guy. He lives a simple life thatÔÇÖs nothing like what Cassandra is used to. A single moment in life changed everything he thought he once knew, leaving him with a broken heart and an unplanned future.
What happens in Keaton is nothing Cassandra or her heart could have ever prepared for. The instant connection she shares with Jason is no secret, but what they're keeping hidden from one another is. Will these two be able to find a way to trust each other or will their secrets tear them apart?

A heart breakingly beautiful 5(+) stars!!

Sometimes accidents arenÔÇÖt so accidental.┬á Life has a way of bringing you to the point where you need to beÔǪ especially when youÔÇÖre down, lost and/or sad.┬á Blind corners can crash you into a tree and bring you back to life.┬á Cassandra and Jason discover each other through an instant connection, flickering a spark that had long since burned out in both of them.

Cassandra finds herself transforming and growing into ÔÇ£CassieÔÇØ under the attention and affection of Jason.┬á Cassie is facing a life changing dilemma.┬á Jase shows her what it means to be part of a family. He is able to feed her soul, heart and dreams just by being himself.┬á A dance in the middle of the street under the sole stoplight in town, a special picnic, a special pair of bootsÔǪall of these little things that steal a part of CassieÔÇÖs heart as she learns the beauty of living in the moment.

Cassie is so in awe of his greatness that she is utterly oblivious to how she has saved him.┬á Jase does have his secret.┬á This little bomb will bring a tear to your eye, but the grace with which the situation is handled and positivity of it all is beyond endearing.┬á Wolfe writes this plot twist so wellÔǪyou donÔÇÖt see it coming and youÔÇÖll need to grab your box of tissues.┬á (Keep them close until you finish the book!!!)

The beauty of this writing and the characterÔÇÖs development is the complex simplicity of it all.┬á Make sense?┬á Let me put it this way.┬á The characters are relatable. Their lives could be yours.┬á You probably have some friends just like theirs.┬á The simple idea of living in the moment so it wonÔÇÖt pass you by is that simple.┬á The complexity is the ability to so eloquently show the achingly beautiful way these characters handle hardship and heartache.

I believe this story will stick with you for days to come.┬á There appears to be another book in the series.┬á I will proclaim it a MUST read based solely on the writerÔÇÖs style and this story. I know IÔÇÖll be reading it!

I hope you can walk away and remember JaseÔÇÖs motto to stay positive and live in the moment.┬á Oh, and keep the tissues nearby just in case.
